Statutory right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke from this contract within fourteen days without the need to provide any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date you or a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the final goods delivered.
In order to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal you must notify us (Giovanna Stefanel-Stoffel, Unter den Linden 39, 10117 Berlin, firstname.lastname@example.org) with a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email) about your decision to revoke from the contract. You may use the cancellation form attached for this purpose; however, it is not obligatory that you do so.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification about your decision to revoke from this contract before the revocation period expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the notice of revocation of this contract has been received by us. We will use the same type of payment you used in the original transaction for your refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged for the refund. We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have proved that you have returned the goods, whichever takes place earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately or in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met when you send us the goods before the expiry of the revocation period of 14 days. We bear the cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to your handling of the goods which is not required for the examination of the quality, properties and functioning of the goods.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
